Maind Demo – Installation

Hi! I am trying to install the main demo theme and i tried to import it but i recieved this message:

“Please resolve these issues with your server configuration before importing any demo template:
Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 30 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds.
WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information”

I contacted my host (hostgator) and they told they me that they dont have how to give me the Memory Limit and Max Execution Time that u guys are asking me.

I read this topic https://hb-themes.com/forum/all/topic/importing-demo-template-2/ on the forum and i try to do the manual installation, but i dont think it works a lot, please i need a lot of help here, thanks a lot!
