Importing demo template

Hey guys! I recently purchased the “high end” theme and tried to import it but had some issues with it. Its giving me this message: “Please resolve these issues with your server configuration before importing any demo template:

Maximum Execution Time (max_execution_time) : 30 seconds. Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 Seconds.
WordPress Memory Limit (WP_MEMORY_LIMIT) : 40M memory limit should be at least 64MB. Please refer to : Increasing memory allocated to PHP for more information”

I contacted my host (hostgator) technical support and I told them about my issue and they went ahead and looked through my domain. After they went ahead and checked everything they told me I had more than sufficient Memory Limit and Max Execution Time. They told me to contact you guys and see why it is not letting me use more Memory limit and execution time if I have sufficient amount of it. Thanks in advance guys!
