WPbakery custom post grid template

I’ve got another interesting one for you… lol

We are redesigning our website YAY!! (take a look and tell me what you think😅) and are working on our blog posts.
I’m running into a brick wall with this one…

I’ve created a custom post grid template and I’m wondering if you know how to have it display in a “variable fashion” (pic should explain “hopefully” 😅)
