WP_Error Object & WooCommerce Settings Errors

Hello!

I have just updated: WP (4.1), WooCommerce (2.3.4) & Highend (2.1.2) and I am running a child theme. I am getting 2 abnormalities I need help with please!

1.) I am seeing on front end “WP_Error Object” strings (see attached screen shots). Odd part is that these arrays are saying image is not found, but most of the images are showing.

2.) In backend, under WooCommerce –> Settings all the options and settings are not displaying correctly or letting me choose options. Looks like a JS error… I am familiar with WC so I know this shouldn’t be like this 🙂
