WP Pagebakery not working. Pages are in HTML.

My site all looks like HTML code when I go in to edit. The person at Bluehost looked into it to see if he could fix it. He says it’s theme related definitely. He sent me the above error msg to show Highend. I updated the theme and I made sure WP Pagebakery is active. Still looks like all HTML code.
