WordPress Alloted Space

I have imported the Cafe Demo theme over 5 times, trying to get the splash page as a template. does this take up space on wordpress? WordPress told me that I didn’t have access to the splash page unless i was a direct buyer from themepunch. So, i purchased the slider through themepunch but it still didn’t work. I would like to refund the whole theme, its not compatible with my site obviously. I don’t want to continue to be confronted with up-sales. Beautiful theme and demos otherwise:)
