Woocommerces new “add product” blocks

Are these new product blocks in woocommerce a feature of high-end themes, or is it native to woocommerce?

If high-end, how can I delete them and start writing my own description again? They’re asking all the information in the “product data” area that we’ve used for like a decade now.

I tired to get around this by duplicating an older product, but when I did that, every single block was “locked” and had to be unlocked before I could delete it…. incredibly frustrating. Is this high-end too? Or woocommerce?

Please let me know, it’s driving me insane.
