Woocommerce cart totals block: How to remove "apply coupons" block

Website: VoiVolete.com, cart page can’t get the “apply coupons” block to go away. This leads customers to think they are paying a premium price and wonder why they don’t have a coupon also.

Yes, already unchecked all the blocks in Woocommerce settings for coupons. Block is still there, needs to go away.
