Woocommerce cart stopped working

Hi … Please help ASAP.

Just in last day when a customer tries to purchase something from Woocommerce and go to paypal to pay for it, the browser just “spins” and will not go to paypal.
I did a status check on Woocommerce and saw two php files that are out of date in my HighEnd theme: cart-totals.php and my-orders.php.

Is this the casuse and also why has HighEnd Theme not updated these two important Woocommerce php files. Help asap please .. what to do?
