woocommerce and theme

I have been having maxed out memory problems since the last two theme updates.

I upped my allowed memory size from 40m to 128m to 265m and was still getting fatal memory errors but now its at 512m no fatal errors but just wont load store pages and other pages load slowly.

If i change theme to twenty thirteen it will.

Using woocommerce.
