Woocommerce and Product pages

I want to turn my site into an ecommerce website and add woocommerce plugin. I’ve noticed with the woocommerce that I need to add product pages – but I’ve already added my products via the portfolio pages. So here’s the key question:

Is there a way to use the portfolio pages as the product pages in WooCommerce instead of recreating/copying etc the material into product pages in the plugin?
