Will not allow another login

I have a older website highend theme with this login. I tried to create a new login for the new website I am creating with currently highend theme but it would not allow. Kept saying that my user name was invalid. I tried creating a new password and still came up invalid. I have continued using my other login as I needed to ask questions? Why can’t I have two different logins for each website?
