Widget not displaying in footer

I set up contact info through the Highend Options and had this widget displaying in the footer. This worked beautifully until this morning — the text is no longer displaying. After muddling around the support documentation for an hour, I figured it’s best to reach out to the experts for some ideas. Thanks!
