Where can I download 2.2 or 2.3?

This is probably a stupid question, but where can I download the 2.2 or 2.3 update? It says in the WP Dashboard a new version is available, and “Update directly through your WordPress Dashboard” but I’m damned if I can find where this option is 🙁 The link above this line takes me to the glitzy “update 2.2 is available” page, no download links.
