when WPML String Translation is activated the theme switch to Coming Soon Mode

Hello,
I updated the theme to 2.1.1.
I am using a child theme 1.0.0 which is activated.
I still have the same problem. The second I activate WPML String Translation, the theme goes to Coming Soon Mode. The second I deactivate WPML String Translation, the theme goes to normal. I also tried it with clear the browser cache before testing the changes. I got the same result.
Any ideas?
