Highend Demo data installation – Main Demo

I have sent numerous messages on what is going on with my website and I have gotten no reply and it has been TWO DAYS NOW.
I asked for demo data to be installed in my website.
I am very upset for lack of response and lack of progress.
I am not able to do build my website since you have reset my database, deleted all my posts and pages, deleted my many sliders, deleted my images, menus are not configured.
And I GET NO RESPONSE.
What kind of customer service is this?????????????
