What do I need to do to get help ???

Sorry, 2 weeks & I can’t get answers, when I post a question, I get: send login, and then nothing happens, is it that difficult a question, is their a bug in the theme, or where & how to get help, spend too much time customizing the theme, to find & customize another one..

This is the issue:

Since I activated the theme, stated to have forming issues in pages, if I use html tags, sometimes they do not work anymore … .. can I still use <table>, <center> tags, … ???
also, page headings & default sidebar do not show up on pages by default, need to use custom titles…

May be a theme update will solve the issues, I have v 4.1, how can I upgrade,
also, it seems that plugins Visual Composer Plugin v4.7.& Essential Grid Plugin v2.0.9.1 might help solve some issues, however, I can’t find the links to the plugins, any input…
