What dimensions should I make my portfolio featured images?

    Hi,

    I have the Aegaeus theme.

    What dimensions should I make my portfolio featured images?

    Currently the images I’ve used are 400px x 400px. Unfortunately, the top and bottom of these images are cut off by the portfolio link boxes when they display on my site. What is the optimal size they should be? – 400px x ?
