Website isn't appearing Mobile Friendly

Hello,

My name is Lauren and I am using your high-end theme and am having some problems here and I hope you can help. I attempted looking at other people’s issues previously reported first to see if the issue could get resolved that way. But I am still running into an issue. I disabled my jetpack and a visual did appear but the formatting is all wrong on my home page. It is supposed to show three images as you scroll down, one of which is a slow-motion video. Of course, this shows on the PC but it isn’t showing anywhere else, it actually appears greyed out. The main page is my biggest issue, your help would be greatly appreciated.
