website is blank

My website literally disappeared overnight. I went into dashboard and all the plugins are missing, there are no themes anymore, it’s saying there is a missing directory for the highend theme, etc. A total disaster and I never did anything to cause it. It has been up for a few months. So I don’t know where or why it’s not showing up or how I resolve this issue. I contacted my host provider (bluehost) and they said it is a database/coding issue and I need to contact my developer.

Please help. I have worked for 3 months on building this site and have spent thousands of dollars.
