Website in turmoil, trouble with icons, visualcomposer, galleries, etc Help plz!

I am having all kinds of trouble getting my page up and running smoothly and cleanly. It got to the point where it has just been getting ignored for months and costing me business.

Icons are not loading on the pages, I cannot use visual composer with any browser, I need to clear out the stock employee listing and make my own, high-end customize option doesn’t work (it keeps asking me to login and doesn’t save any changes), and I am having trouble creating galleries, and blog posts.

I want to set up a basic page, then upload galleries (i have trouble with image size and file size limitations right now), and sometimes maybe blog about a shoot with images from the galleries in the blog post. I am losing my mind over this site.

I have the following plug-ins downloaded: Akismet; Contact Form 7; Hello Dolly (deactivated); Jetpack by WordPress.com; LayerSlider WP; MOJO Marketplace; Revolution Slider; W3 Total Cache (Deactivated); WP-Optimize; WPBakery Visual Composer; WP Smush.it
