Way to remove white space at top of home page?

Hi, I’ve been talking with user Noda regarding this issue and since I never heard back today, I just wanted to make sure it’s being looked into (this is one of two things I’m waiting on to launch my site). The last reply I received said that you wanted to log into my site to check this out.

We would like to completely remove the white space at the top of the page. If this means removing the title as well, that is fine. Along with this issue, we also wanted to see if it’s possible to make the photos on each page smaller (but same resolution) so that the text underneath the photos can be seen without scrolling down. Right now when you look at each page, it looks like there is just a picture with no text until you realize you have to scroll down to see it.
