Wavy black lines

Hi,
At the top and bottom of one of my fullwidth rows there are wavy black lines that go across the full width of the top and bottom of the section.
They do not appear in any of the backend or frontend code or design elements that I can see. I couldn’t find this topic anywhere else, can you help me remove them please?
