Want tagline font larger and padding smaller.

I had figured out where to change the font size of the tagline on http://facingtheblitz.com – Turning Trials into Triumphs. But, after making adjustments to the site to try and speed up the site (see last topic opened), it went back to a default 18px. I know the element but the font-size is no longer available in the style.css file under site-tagline for me to change. Any help to get the tagline increased to 30px and centered as well as decreasing the top and bottom padding? Thanks.
