would you know How would i remove w3 total cache rewrites from irontrainer.co? I uninstalled it awhile back and installed wp-supercache, but getting heavy resource usage as w3 total caxche rewrites is. quoted from inmotionhosting “the rewrites for W3 Total Cache are present in the .htaccess. You will want to have those rewrites removed and replaced with the rewrites that SuperCache uses.”
