W3 total cache settings & slow loading problem

HI HB themes team, please help:

1) My site is super slow so I’m trying to install W3 total cache which is recommended for the highend theme.

I have disabled the minify options but i have below error message:

“A configuration issue prevents CDN from working: The “Authorization key” and “Replace default hostname with” field(s) cannot be empty.You need to select / create a pull zone. ”
Currently it’s set to MAX CDN by default. Any idea how to fix it?

2) I have also installed plugin Smush to optimise my media files. But when I go to my site, some of the products still remain blank after finished loading. Please see attached screenshot.
