Visual Composer single row not acting as proper Responsive

I have Added a row in a row (screenshot added) using visual composer page builder it is working good on computer but not really good on mobile ( screenshots of Computer and Mobile View Added )
thing is I want to use Text with some Vector Icons which is .png is it possible with some CSS or is there any other way to do that, the default Icon Box Icons are not the one which i want to use is it possible to upload my own .png or .ico icons in HB- Icons
