Visual Composer Not Working

Sorry for opening a 2nd ticket but I waited a week on the first and didn’t get a response until I posted that I would take it from there and I was giving up and would be trying it myself. I’ve been trying for another week on my own and Visual Composer still doesn’t work reliably. So I’m reaching out again. I am needing to turn over this site to a client but I can’t do that when something as basic as the editor doesn’t work.

That’s what happens sometimes then I can only edit it by typing out the html code by hand.

This other screenshot is another way the issue manifests itself. It was taken minutes after. When this happens I just can’t edit anything at all.

I will be sending another message with some login info for support just in case it’s needed, since this is an urgent issue for me.
