Visual Composer not loading page or content

Hello,

I had this problem previously on another site but have tried everything here :/

Deactivated all plugins (although new website so only 7)

Cleared cache and cookies

Updated theme to 3.2

I also don’t see any of the content when I go to edit the page, i assume this is because of VC
