Visual Composer Issues

Hello,

1. I am currently working to develop the Highend WP Theme however the visual composer does not have any elements to select from in the library – how do I load or populate the elements?

2. My home page is out of shape in using the visual composer front end – how do I get this looked at or corrected?

Is there any live chat available or anything to help resolve this?
