Visual Composer Errors

I received a reply from WPBakery Support stating “The issue occurs if get_row_css_class or add_shortcode_param was used in the theme. These functions were deprecated in past and your theme is still using it. You can contact the theme author to get rid of these from the theme so that the issue will be fixed at your end.” I have no idea how to easily get this information forwarded to anybody who can help fix the issue.

Part 2: When I activate Visual Composer plug in on my site my webpage goes into perpetual load mode. When I deactivate it as a plug in it loads, but includes errors that resulted in the above response.

Please help me resolve these two issues.
