Visual Composer Error since update

    Hello,

    I’ve had some problems with the visual composer not working prior to the recent Highend update. I have no idea what caused this. I had made a request in another individual’s post on the same topic and created a temporary account for you to use, but I don’t think you were able to access my site due to security settings.

    Then an update came, and I got excited! I was hoping these issues would be resolved, yet they sadly continue. Here are the issues at hand:

    #1. There is no backend composer as there was before. And the frontend composer does not always work. It’s very tempermental. I cannot make the necessary changes to my pages.

    #2. When I go to the dashboard to view each page, none of the content for that page is presented to me. It’s GONE. I am forced to use the frontend composer, which does not always work.

    #3. Also, the photos on my site have a ‘shadow’ border selected. None of them fit the parameters of my photos any longer. As a result all my photos look horrible. And I do not want to have to go back and manually delete all these shadow borders.

    I would like to kindly ask for help. Please know that I have updated the visual composer on my plugin page from the dashboard with no success in fixing the above issues. I’m hoping this can be resolved easily and quickly.

    By the way, I want to thank you for being willing to take a look into my site, but unfortunately I cannot grant access due to security settings. I look forward to a solution. Thank you so much for your help!
