Visual Composer & all editting not working

I have a new copy of High End. I can’t edit anything other than menus and Sliders. Can’t add any elements, change anything that is listed on the page editting section, nothing…. I looked this issue up and tried the best suggestion (delete and reload) and that did not change anything. Can you help please?
