Viewing on Ipad Problems

1- The logo and right side text are blending together. This is only being seen on an iPad.

2- But one person is saying on their iPad they are having various other issues. I do not know if the problem will be an issue for many people or just them. They have restarted the Ipad and some issues are resolved. Then another day, without any changes being made to the website, they report various other issue. The main issue are images not lining up, black boxes in the middle of the site, a product image even showed up where the store logo should have been. I even have a screen shot of a HighEnd template page merged into the home page that was created.

How can I be assured that the website has been created for all device images. In Highend Options, responsive design is already checked. What else can I do? Very concerned about this. Thank you for your help.
