video background not playing on android, iphone & visual composer

1. My video background is not playing on android, iphone & sometimes not in visual composer. I tried the samsung note 3 and iphone.

2. Is there a way of having the audio play with the background video? If not, is there another way of getting that full width video effect with audio that plays automatically in a loop?

3. Can this image that is at the bottom of my background video be customized and become dynamic? http://www.kendukofsky.com
