Video background not friendly with mobile

Hello,

Is there any way to set an static image for every section when this page is opened in a mobile device? If you open this in a mobile device the aspect is horrible, so I was wondering that if there is any method (Like in presentation sections) to set an image when the URL is opened in a mobile device.
