VC keeps in loading loop

as Title states when i try use VC on Frontend it keeps in the preloading loop.
i tried in IE aswell as Chrome both Browser same problem

i tried disable all other plugins and just use VC, no luck.
uninstalling and reinstalling VC, no luck
increased wp memory to 128M, nothing changed.

i switched to twenty twelve theme and there VC loads perfectly, back Highend Theme and loop is back.

im bit stuck here any input would be welcome
