Variations aren't work

Hi,

When I first create a product and do a Preview the variations show up but when I publish it and go to the product I get a message “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.” and all the options are gone.

Can someone please help? The site is supposed to go live this weekend on 8/15/2015 but this is a huge showstopper for us.
