Using custom post types (pricing tables)

I am struggling to create a page with pricing tables.
I can create tables using the ‘pricing tables’ link in the wp admin menu, but can’t preview them, and have no idea how I can add them to a page.
Your demo shows a page http://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/pricing-tables/ but the URL according to my wp admin is my site/hb_pricing_table/pricing-tables/
I cannot preview this page, and when saving and entering the URL in my address bar, it redirects to my homepage.
Somehow I guess I need to figure out what the shortcode is for my table so I can add it to a page; but so far have not been able to find it in any of your tutorials.
Similar questions would apply to FAQs I guess.
