urgent please i can not edit and save my highend theme

hello i really need an answer to this as i have had this theme since Nonmember 29 and still can not edit this,
I imported the demo content as i was hoping to use the background videos etc and create new text on them but i have not found a way to customize the demo content or stop the header where for example you hover your mouse over home and all the examples come up as it did when i was looking to buy it
is there a video or information that tells me how i can stop that happening and to customize the text over the videos
i am also having a problem updating anything with the virtual composer is that because of the demo content
i made some changes for example added a blog carousel saved changes then when i go back to the home page it is not there i also have duplicate content at the bottom
for example contact info and fresh from the blog
i don’t know what i am doing wrong but it seems that my changes are not saving and i can not edit the demo headers to stop showing all the different options for example the home page at the top is just lie the demo showing all the different versions available how do i select one and not have that show up for people visiting my site
i have my purchase code etc ready for you to take a look i am desperate to get this built as i need to set up this site
