Urgent help on Teaser Box

Hi,

I’ve just uploaded the site to the server and the teaser boxes are not looking like it used to on localhost. I need the image to have 100% height, and on localhost that was case. I didn’t know that once uploading it to the live server that will change.

Please assist, the website is already live and the teaser boxes as they are at the moment wont make sense to anybody.
