URGENT COMPATIBILITY ISSUES

    Hi,
    My website builder ‘Mags’ has been trying to rectify major issues with compatibility on different devices for my HORANmedia website. So far the forum hasn’t been overly helpful at solving the issues.

    I desperately require my website to go live ASAP, as I’m loosing money!

    Here are the issues again on each device:

    1/ MAC: Website functions, no issues

    2/ iPhone:
    a/ HORANmedia COMING SOON (this function is not turned on) Issue still happens even if you are logged in.

    3/ iPad:
    a/ Home page only displays HORANmedia animation and still image of light globe. Video Corporate teaser is missing completely.

    4/ HP Pavilion laptop running windows 8.1:
    Home page:
    a/ videos only displayed on half the screen.
    b/ logo and menus missing.
    c/ All text under ‘Why use video’ all out of alignment.
    FILM/TV:
    a/ Outlaw films animation only appears as a still image.

    So far we have uploaded all videos with WEBM, MP4, and OGV formats, and also followed all advise given.

    Guys please help, this issue has been going on for some weeks now, and I really need it rectified.
