UPLOADING CAFE THEME CAUSING MAJOR PROBLEMS

Hi,

I am trying to upload the Cafe theme and continually get just that spinning wheel. When I quit out of it all it has loaded is the splash page which just has errors. Its as though this is all it can upload then it gets stuck. Furthermore now that I try to go into colour customizer it takes me onto a blank page. What could be the issue???
