Updating will delete all my changes?

Hi guys,

I want to update the theme, but WP says “Please Note: Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications.”

My site is modified af so Idk what to do. I think I need to update because my Highend Options doesn’t work – I can’t even click on any settings and the CSS boxes don’t show up.

Also, how can I adjust the width of my blog posts? I don’t want any sidebars so I’m using “fullwidth” option, but that makes my text super wide, which is very uncomfortable to read.

Lastly, is there any way to customize fonts so that my blog fonts are different from the rest of the website? If I try to adjust the font for my blog, it ruins the formatting for the footer, etc. I just want to be able to customize everything without ruining all the formatting (and hard work) I’ve already done for the rest of the website!
