Updating Theme

Hi,

I am using Highend 2.3, and I see an update available on WordPress.

The functionality is currently not working when trying to edit a page-
I assume this is due to not updating?

My question: what type of customizations would be revamped if i
update? Can you please check our current page, and let us know if a
simple update would revamp our current site: http://www.enabledclothing.com

The only things I modified in the code files were to increase php memory, and to remove the author from the posts.
