Updated Theme to 3.2.4 but Visual Composer not Updated

So I updated Highend manually mainly because my Visual Composer wasn’t working.

But it still says that I need to update Visual Composer by getting a license key. I don’t think I have one and it says I have to purchase one.

When I first got Highend theme, I never had to buy a separate Visual Composer plugin.

So why do I have to buy one now? Shouldn’t it come bundled with Highend theme?
