Update for WPBakery Page Builder – Again

Every time I receive a notice that there is an update for WPBakery, I am unable to update it. What’s the scoop? Is there something I can do to make it work without having to contact you every time?

Attached are screen shots of the notice to update and of the only deactivate option available for WPBakery.
