Update Cart button does not update Cart Totals

    The “Update Cart” button in WooCommerce does not update the cart totals with the HighEnd theme, but does update as necessary with other themes.

    Another person had this same exact problem, but they solved it with a plugin, a.k.a, a bad solution. This was posted here, Topic #109435, in May 2017.

    Can you guys look into this?
