Upade them from 1.7 to 2.1.2

    My theme Highend works fine on update 1.7. But if i wonna upadate to new version 2.1.2 it is not ok.
    Upadate goes with no problem, but when i go to page i dont see my data.
    Can you help me to resolve this problem?
