Unable to install Revolution Slider

Hello,

I purchased the Revolution Slider for WorldPress after using the free bundled version for a while. I am unable to install it. I have tried many times and many ways, including deleting the zip files and re-downloading them. I’ve done this so many times the download says I’ve done more than my allowed downloads for the next 24 hours. I can’t get a reply from Envato support. I even tried to buy their installation service for $20 and the purchase button doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded/installed a number of other plug-ins for WordPress without trouble. I don’t know how to FTP. Is anyone able to help me? Thank you.
